Shawn Crystal is an artist and a teacher. His creative passions stem from his love of hip hop, comics, street art, and illustration. His childhood dream was to draw comics for Marvel and DC Comics, a dream that came true on such titles as Batman, Spawn, X-men, Deadpool, Mother Panic, Guardians of the Galaxy and many more! He is the Co-Host of The Inkpulp Podcast (alongside Matteo Scalera and Jim Mahfood) and INKPULP LIVE with Co-Host Jim Mahfood and producer Jamie wood. Shawn has also created Inkpulp Instruction, an online educational resource that teaches anyone interested to improve their skills as a storyteller and illustrator. He is currently working in Comics and Video games as an illustrator and storyteller. Recently, Shawn has started his latest creative endeavor as a Tattoo artist!

Jim Mahfood

Jim Mahfood aka Food One has been working as a professional freelance artist for the last 28 years, amassing an impressive cult following across the globe. Mahfood has worked in the fields of comics books, illustration, advertising, animation, feature films, toy design, live art, and gallery exhibitions. Highlights of his career include art chores on Kevin Smith’s Clerks comic books, set design for the Sarah Silverman Program, designing and illustrating the entire ad campaign for Colt 45 malt liquor in 2007-08, his collaborative graphic novel Marijuana Man with musician Ziggy Marley, and character design work on the Oscar-winning Into The Spider-Verse animated feature film. Jim’s current projects include illustrating loading screens for the incredibly popular Fortnite video game, the creator-owned Kickstarter comic book Defective Comics Presents: Savage Street Vigilante, and cover art for Post Malone's new Big Rig comic series. His popular music podcast Skull Funk Radio is available for free on Spotify. Trash Movie Bonanza and Inkpulp Live are his two video podcasts available on YouTube.

Matteo Scalera was born in Parma (Italy) on October 1982.
His professional career starts in 2008, with the publication of Hyperkinetic, a four-issues series by Image Comics. Since then, he’s worked on Incorruptible, Irredeemable, Valen the Outcast (Boom! Studios), Deapool, Secret Avengers, Indestructible Hulk (Marvel), Batman, Batman One Bad Day: Mr Freeze, Red Hood and the Outlaws, Batman White Knight presents: Harley Quinn (DC Comics), Dead Body Road (Skybound), Black Science (Image Comics), Space Bandits, King of Spies, The Ambassadors (Netflix/Image Comics).
Currently, he’s working on BATMAN: THE LAST HALLOWEEN (DC Comics), NEMESIS: FOREVER (Netflix/Dark Horse) and his own creator-owned book, THE FOURTH FATHER.
He’s also the co-host of the INKPULP PODCAST, along with his friends and colleagues Shawn Crystal, Jim Mahfood and Eric Canete.
